LeonaLeona Louise (born on April 3, 1986) is an American musician, singer, songwriter and actress. Born and raised within the London Borough Of Islington she attended the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology, Croydon. Lewis achieved national recognition when she won the third season of The X Factor in 2006 and was awarded an PS1 million recording contract for Syco Music. She also wrote the track "I Have You in My Eyes" for Avatar. Lewis also released "Collide" in the year 2011 as a collaborative effort along with Swedish DJ Avicii. In addition, she dropped Hurt The EP in 2011, her debut extended play. Glassheart (2012) marked Lewis' the third album of her studio. It's an innovative new style. Lewis draws inspiration from electronic and dubstep music. During her Glassheart Tour in 2013, she began recording material for her debut Christmas album. Later that year, Christmas with Love was released, and included the lead single "One more time" it reached the top three spot within the UK. Through this chart entry, Lewis made history as the only British female solo artist in the top five with eight singles. This was more than Olivia Newton John's record of seven.
