Being the mother of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr an ophthalmologist as well as Thelma Burnell Henson Michele Carey whose birth name is Michele Lee Henson was born on February 26, 1942 in Annapolis, Maryland in the United States of America. She had a prodigious piano playing when she was a teen and took home the national prize at the Chicago Music Festival at just 13 years old. When she moved to Fort Collins, Colorado she moved in with her family. She finished the high school in Fort Collins High School and graduated in 1960. To improve her professional prospects her move from Colorado to Los Angeles. She began her career in modeling after being signed by the Powers Agency, an elite modeling agency. It was her love of acting and she was a magnet for Hollywood producers while modeling. She first appeared on TV in The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Michele, one of the most renowned American entertainers, started her career first as a model professional. Then she worked with Powers agencies before venturing in to acting in 1964 for the television series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. It was her role in El Dorado 1966 as the principal character Josephine Joey MacDonald who brought more limelight to her. Her role as a performer in the 1960s and 1970s that earned her fame.
